THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

ACT

WHEREAS Jackson Muturi Muigai (ID/0803031), of P.O. Box 140, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Ruiru East Block 3/1899, and whereas the sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of the land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register, and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be to be deemed and of no effect.
