THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Obiero Ogal (now deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Central Kasipul/Kamuma/1513, containing 0.8 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, and whereas the land certificate issued to him got lost and the matter too reported to Oyugis Police Station, and whereas the grants and transmission documents vide succession cause No. 119/11, having been presented here for registration, and whereas efforts to trace the said land certificate have failed, I give notice that on expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the said land certificate and thereafter proceed with registration of form RL. 19 provided that the earlier land certificate will not have been found within the stipulated period.
