WHEREAS James Gichuki Mugambi, of P.O. Box 7765—00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 63/736, and whereas the sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white cards of the said piece of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall reconstruct the white and green cards.
