NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th March, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2330, in Volume D1 Folio 77/1232, File No. MMXII, by our client, Mwaya wa Kitavi, of P.O. Box 6592-00607, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Timothy Mwaya Kitavi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Timothy Mwaya Kitavi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mwaya wa Kitavi, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mwaya wa Kitavi only.
