IT IS notified for the general information of the public that the metal content of the five shillings, ten shillings and twenty shillings coins bearing the mint date of year 2010 has changed as indicated in the schedule. SCHEDULE Denomination Metal content Five shillings coin Bimetal—the metal alloy shall be Brass plated Steel for the inner ring and Nickel plated Steel on outer ring. Ten shillings coin Bimetal—the metal alloy shall be Nickel plated Steel for the inner ring and Brass plated Steel on outer ring. Twenty shillings coin Bimetal—the metal alloy shall be Brass plated Steel for the inner ring and Nickel plated Steel on outer ring. Dated the 25th September, 2012.
