THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Juma Khamis Fadhil and (2) Sofia Mkangombe Fadhil, both of P.O. Box 98824, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0242 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. MN/II/1171, situate in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 17562/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
