REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edward Mugambi Kairanya, of P.O. Box 35, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 2787/866, situate in Nanyuki Township in Laikipia District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 39321/1, and whereas the said Edward Mugambi Kairanya has lodged an instrument of discharge, and whereas Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited, has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Edward Mugambi Kairanya, and whereas an affidavit has been file d in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as .R. 39321/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge provided that no objection has been received within that period.
