WHEREAS (1) Hassan Mohamedtaki Abdulla Kanji and (2) Rubab Hassan Mohamedtaki Abdulla Kanji, both of P.O. Box 80942, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of those pieces of land situate within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title Nos. Mombasa/Block XXV/71 and 72 (Flat No. J), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificates of lease issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificates of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
