WHEREAS Ezekiel Malaika Teto (ID/12951191), of P.O. Box 46, Kitengela in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 5.275, 0.810, 0.405, 0.405 and 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kaputiei North/42555, 42556, 42557, 42558 and 42559, respectively, and whereas the first edition of the land registers showing aforesaid ownership are lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the said ownership and loss, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open other land registers and upon such opening the said missing land registers shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
