NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles— Suzuki Balane, reg. No. KAR 613; Toyota Corona, reg. No. KAM 620G; Volvo reg. No. KXR 455; Nissan 1200 reg. No. KAD 421U; Nissan Hard body reg. No. KAU 371J; Mitsubishi Fuso, reg. No. KAG 403Q; which are currently lying at the premises of Bruce Trucks and Equipment (E.A.) Limited, located along Kampala Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of the outstanding storage charges and other incidental costs incurred as the date they were booked/delivered to the above mentioned premises. If the aforesaid motor vehicles are not collected at the expiry of this notice the same shall be sold by public auction by Chaka Agencies, Asili Towers, Ngara Road, P.O. Box 64433–00620, Nairobi.
