NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners Mitsubishi Canter reg. No. KAQ 414V motor vehicle and a 20 foot refrigerated container, to collect the motor vehicle and container from the premises of Messrs. Dilbagh Singh Brothers (Investments) Limited, situated along Kampala Road, P.O. Box 927–00606, Nairobi, within fourteen (14) days, from the date publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and other related expenses failure to which the said motor vehicle and container will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceedings shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without further reference to them.
