NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owners of motor vehicles reg. Nos. (1) Fiat KPL 634 (grounded canter), (2) Man KV1892BA/KV1885BA (grounded prime mover with trailer), (3) ZC4669 (grounded trailer with container), (4) ZC6658 (grounded trailer), (5) Volvo KBJ 206E (grounded prime mover with container ), (6) ERF KAU 429F (grounded prime mover), (7) KAH 457U/ZB7880 (grounded prime mover with trailer), presently lying at the premises of Young Traders yard next to Hillocks Country Club along enterprise road , Industrial area, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within thirty (21) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the outstanding charges for storage and any other incidental costs incurred including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by public auction 28th September, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
