THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eliud Ngala Mwendwa, of P.O. Box 47398, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 21.13 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 13858, situate south of Ruiru Town in Kiambu District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 49861, and whereas the said Eliud Ngala Mwendwa has lodged an instrument of transfer in favour of (1) James Mwangi Nderitu and (2) Simon Peter Macharia Muriuki, both of P.O. Box 322, Kenyatta National Hospital, Nairobi, and whereas affidavit have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaration that the said grant registered as I.R. 49861 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
