GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13211

WHEREAS Eliud Nganga Wainaina, of P.O. Box 179 Kinangop in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nyandarua Ol Aragwai/4317, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Nyahurruru, in civil suit No. 56 of 2010, has ordered that piece of land be transferred to Daglase Wainaina Ng’ang’a, of P.O. Box 232–00600, Nairobi, and whereas the said court has ordered for the surrender of the said land title deed which was fraudulently acquired, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument of transfer and issue land title deed to the said Daglase Wainaina Ng’ang’a, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Eliud Nganga Wainaina, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
