TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2012 By (1) Selly Jepkemei and (2) Linus Kipchumba Lagat, both of P.O. Box 40, Moiben in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Lagat, who died at Moiben, Uasin Gishu, on 5th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. 174 OF 2010 By (1) Kiplimo Rotich and (2) James Kemei Rotich, both of P.O. Box 133, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. Joseph C. K. Cheptarus & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Rotich Kite, who died at Kapkochur Sub-location, on 20th February, 1990. CAUSE NO. 294 OF 2010 By (1) Rabacca Jepchumba Kaino and (2) Winsume Yano Kilimo, both of Tirap in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, through Messrs. Joseph C. K. Cheptarus & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Kiprotich Merikomen, who died at Kibera, on 6th November, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
