TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 429 OF 2012 By (1) Bernard Mugambi Gituru and (2) Viriginia Tirinoi M’Muraa, both of P.O. Box 331–60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, through Messrs. Kiautha Arithi & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Muraa Gituru alias Muraa Gituru alias Muraga Gituru alias Murega Gituru, late of Abogeta, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 11th December, 2006. CAUSE NO. 451 OF 2012 By (1) Sabera Ntundu M’Aringa and (2) Ajelina Ciomwereria M’Atunga, both of P.O. Box 2863, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Marunga M’Kiambati alias M’Arunga M’Kiambati alias Isaiah M’Arunga M’Kiambati, late of Thuuru, who died there on 3rd September, 1999. CAUSE NO. 456 OF 2012 By (1) Doris Mukuba Itirithia and (2) Festus Nyamu Samuel, both of P.O. Box 1778, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mutuma Karemu, late of Policeline, Kericho, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 19th April, 2010. CAUSE NO. 481 OF 2012 By Isaya Mugambi M’Muthuri, of P.O. Box 32–60200, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Kiautha Arithi & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyugi Kainyiru, late of Meru Central, who died at Kiria Sub-location, on 20th November, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
