COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned part development plan was on 15th August, 2012, completed. The part development plans relate to land situated within Kibera Area, Nairobi County. Copies of the part development plans have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the Director of Physical Planning, Ardhi House, 5th Floor, Upper Hill Area, First Ngong Avenue, Nairobi. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Director of Physical Planning, Ardhi House, 5th Floor, Upper Hill Area, First Ngong Avenue, Nairobi, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be THE KENYA GAZETTE 21st September, 2012 3538 3538 received by the Director of Physical Planning, P.O.
