COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned development plans have been completed. The development plans relate to land situated within Witu, Bahari, Mkumbuni, Mpeketoni, and Hindi in Lamu County. Copies of the part development plans have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Lamu, County Clerk, County Council of Lamu and respective Chief’s offices. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the District Physical Planning Officer, Lamu, County Clerk, County Council of Lamu and respective Chief’s offices, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 288– 80500, Lamu, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
