NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st April, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 554, in Volume DI, Folio 172/2895, File No. MMXII, by my client, Jacqueline Akinyi Jacoyange, on behalf of Aiden Jawar Opala Jacoyange, (a minor), of P.O. Box 29875–00202, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Anoko Beyong Alain Juniour, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Anoko Beyong Alain Juniour, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Aiden Jawar Opala Jacoyange, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Aiden Jawar Opala Jacoyange only.
