NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th July, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 651, in Volume DI, Folio 155/2666, File No. MMXII by our client, Hellen Mulemia Morara, of P.O. Box 4224–40200, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hellen Mulemia Sikolia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Hellen Mulemia Sikolia, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hellen Mulemia Morara, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Hellen Mulemia Morara only.
