NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th March, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 1197, in Volume DI, Folio 161/2749, File No. MMXII, by our client, Abdinuur Isse Sheikh Ahmed, of P.O. Box 634–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdinuur Salad Awale, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdinuur Salad Awale, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdinuur Isse Sheikh Ahmed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdinuur Isse Sheikh Ahmed only.
