NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd July, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa, as Presentation No. 116, in Volume B-13, Folio 982/5265, File No. 1637, by our client, Jabone Njenga Mbugua, of P.O. Box 34252–80118, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as James Peter Mbugua Njenga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Peter Mbugua Njenga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jabone Njenga Mbugua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jabone Njenga Mbugua only.
