APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 231 (1) and
245 (1) of the Local Government Act, the Minister for Local
Government appoints—
Philip M. Mbithi, Amos Omari, Kizito W. Kiguta, to conduct an extraordinary inspection of the accounts and records and to conduct investigations, researches and inquiries into the general administration and financial management of the County Council of
Meru Central.
