TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 870 OF 2012 By (1) Esther Wanza Musau and (2) Cornelius Nguma Musau, both of P.O. Box 160, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Musau Thumbu, late of Mukaa, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 28th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. 901 OF 2012 By Pius Ndeti Munywoki, of P.O. Box 7, Miu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzula Mela, late of Muusini, who died at Muusini, on 11th February, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
