NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st May, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 307, in Volume 987/5434, Folio BI3, File No. 1637, by our client, Shirika Hamisi Mtsonga, of P.O. Box 333, Kaloleni in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Shirika Karisa Mtsonga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Shirika Karisa Mtsonga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shirika Hamisi Mtsonga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shirika Hamisi Mtsonga only.
