NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th May, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1339, in Volume DI, Folio 139/2332, File No. MMXII, by our client, Jack Justus of 36 Aidan Close, Dagenham, Essex, Rm8le, United Kingdom, formerly known as Justus Githaiga Maina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Justus Githaiga Maina, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jack Justus, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jack Justus only.
