NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th January, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 457, in Volume BI3, Folio 952/4737, File No. 1637, by our client, Ruth Muthikwa Kimeu, of P.O. Box 28, Emali in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ruth Muthikwa John Ndeto, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Ruth Muthikwa John Ndeto, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ruth Muthikwa Kimeu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ruth Muthikwa Kimeu only.
