IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) (d) of the Sports Stadia Management Board Order, 2002, the Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports appoints— MICHAEL MWANGI MUTHEE to be a member of the Sports Stadia Management Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th April, 2012.
