REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Moguche Ongwacho (ID/1576427/64), of P.O. Box 66, Kehancha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, known as Bukira/Bwisaboka/1764, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas the said piece of land has been transferred to Maurice Thomas Chacha, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Moguche Ongwacho has been reported missing, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said document and proceed with the registration of the transfer document and issue a new land title deed to Maurice Thomas Chacha, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Moguche Ongwacho, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
