REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njau Machiri (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kiine/Kibingoti/Nguguine/1250, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior principal magistrates’s court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 227 of 1998, has issued grant and confirmation letters to `john Mwangi Ngando, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to John Mwangi Ngando, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njau Machiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
