TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 995 OF 2012 By Wanza Wambua, of P.O. Box 1029, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s wife, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Musyoka Munyaka, late of Kathaana, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2004. CAUSE NO. 996 OF 2012 By Beatrice Mukulu Pius, of P.O. Box 1030, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Kioko Mutiso, late of Sengani, who died at Sengani, on 31st March, 2006. CAUSE NO. 998 OF 2012 By (1) Michael Nzioka and (2) Mukuvi Nzioka, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzioka Kitundu, late of Mutituni, who died at Mutituni, on 22nd August, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
