TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 519 OF 2012 By (1) Kinoti Kendi Caroline and (2) Patrick Irungu Mbuthia, both of P.O. Box 225, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mputhia Irungu, late of Meru, who died at Dagoreti Corner, on 23rd August, 2012. CAUSE NO. 549 OF 2012 By Samuel Ntoiti M’Mborothi, of P.O. Box 1639–60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abigail Nkatha Ntoiti alias Abigael Nkatha Ntoiti, late of Kamutune, who died at Kamutune Location, on 31st August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
