take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Nyang’oma, Kogele Sub-location, South East Alego Location, Siaya District, on 14th February, 1973, 13th August, 1994 and 13th June, 1993, respectively, has been filed in this registry by (1) Erick Odhiambo Nyang’oro and (2) Fredrick Otieno Odete, all of P.O. Box 7, Ng’iya, in their respective capacities as son and grandson of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such orders as it thinks fit.
