NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th October, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 2224, in Volume DI, Folio 216/3459, File No. MMXII, by our client, Mohamed Madhbuti, of P.O. Box 3884–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Abubakar Mohamed Habib alias Mohamed Abu Mohamed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Mohamed Abubakar Mohamed Habib alias Mohamed Abu Mohamed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Madhbuti, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Madhbuti only.
