NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st July, 2008, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No.1972, in Volume DI, Folio 271/2558, File No. MMVIII, by our client Reuben Kiprop Komen, of P.O. Box 7976- 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Reuben C. Kigen, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Reuben C. Kigen and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Reuben Kiprop Komen, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Reuben Kiprop Komen only.
