NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th October, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 6, in Volume DI, Folio 124/2028, File No. MMXII, by our client, Grace Ada Carmel Matagaro, of P.O. Box 1495–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Grace Ada Carmel alias Agra Nyasuguta Matagaro, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Grace Ada Carmel alias Agra Nyasuguta Matagaro, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Grace Ada Carmel Matagaro, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Grace Ada Carmel Matagaro only.
