NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th August, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1799, in Volume DI, Folio 189/3084, File No. MMXII, by our client, Rose Wambaire Gicho, of P.O. Box 81, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rose Wambaire Goshwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rose Wambaire Goshwa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rose Wambaire Gicho, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rose Wambaire Gicho only.
