NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th November, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 1572, in Volume DI, Folio 93/3158, File No. MMXII, by our client, Yasmin Chelemale Fwamba, formerly known as Elizabeth Chelemale Fwamba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Elizabeth Chelemale Fwamba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Yasmin Chelemale Fwamba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Yasmin Chelemale Fwamba only.
