IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) (a) of the Meru University College Order, 2008, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya, appoint— EDITH OFWONA ODERA (MS.) to be Vice-Chairperson of the Council of Meru University College of Science and Technology, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 30th July, 2012. The appointment of Margaret Karembu (Dr.), as the Vice-Chairperson of the Council of Meru University College of Science and Technology is revoked. Dated the 3rd September, 2012.
