Box 40, Burnt Forest in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kipkorir Sambu, who died along Nairobi- Mombasa road, on 9th May, 2010. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2012 By John Musee Kibet, of P.O. Box 919, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, through Messrs. Birech, Ruto & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipleting arap Soi, who died at Kipkoror, on 22nd September, 2007. CAUSE NO. 117 OF 2012 By (1) Mary Jeruto Kuto and (2) Josephine Jepkorir Chemwok , both of P.O. Box 333-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkigen Chemwok alias Tapkigen Chepngok, who died at Memorial Hospital, on 19th April, 1997.
