NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Eunice Nekesa Wekesa (Ms.), of P.O. Box 403–00600, Ngara, Nairobi, the owner of Toyota Mark II, chassis No. JZX 90–6500175, engine No. 1JZ 7322873, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the yard of Samitui Millenium Carriers, of P.O. Box 172–00300, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding debts plus storage charges and other incidental costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failing to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed of by way of sale without further reference and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the outstanding debts, storage charges accrued thereon and other incidentals and the balance if any, shall remain credit of the owner, but should there be any shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
