NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th July, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa, as Presentation No. 110, in Volume B-13, Folio 979/5232, File No. 1637 by our client, Olivia Evlyn Schroer, of P.O. Box 10453, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Evlyn Olivia Atieno, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Evlyn Olivia Atieno, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Olivia Evlyn Schroer, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Olivia Evlyn Schroer only.
