NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th May, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 2261, in Volume DI, Folio 145/2398, File No. MMXII, by our client, Boaz Odhiambo Oliech, of P.O. Box 259, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Boaz Odhiambo Mayora, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Boaz Odhiambo Mayora, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Boaz Odhiambo Oliech, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Boaz Odhiambo Oliech only.
