WHEREAS Nairobi City Council, of P.O. Box 30075, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 6.781 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 209/11092, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 59724/1, and whereas Musyoka Annan & Company Advocates has lodged instruments of lease for registration on behalf of (1) Peter Karimi, L.R. No. 209/11092/24, (2) Mohazahir Abdul Rasul Manji, L.R. No. 209/11092/30, (3) Mohamed Akram Baderoin and Mohamed Parvez Ismail, L.R. No. 209/11092/78 and (4) Timothy Mwenda Kinoti, L.R. No. 209/11092/55, and whereas affidavits have been filed in terms of section 65 (I) (h) of the Act declaring that the said grant registered as No. I.R. 59724/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
