TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 803 OF 2012 By (1) Patrick Ngewa Makau and (2) Ancent Muisyo Makau, both of P.O. Box 1070, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makau Kimeu, late of Muisuni Sub-location, who died at Kasikeu, on 13th August, 2004 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
