TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 158 OF 2012 By (1) Elphas Kipkurgat Yego and (2) Ellizepa Jerotich Tuwei, both of P.O. Box 433, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, the deceased‘s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kipng‘otwa Tuwei alias George Kipgotwa Tuwey, who died at Plateau Mission Hospital, on 2nd February, 1995. CAUSE NO. 217 OF 2012 By (1) Florence Joseph Luginu and (2) Mathew Agesa Adali, both of P.O. Box 395, Matunda in the Republic of Kenya, the deceased‘s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Adagi Luginu, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, on 10th January, 2011. CAUSE NO. 220 OF 2012 By (1) Margaret Kimoi Chebii and (2) Justins Kipkemboi Bii, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Chebii Murkomen, late of Iten, who died on 11th September, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
