NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of Isuzu FTR 12, reg. No. KYT 524, chassis No. JALF FTR 12L (63567718) to collect the said motor vehicle from the premises of Ngige Motors of P.O. Box 1925–20100, Nakuru, opposite Valley Hospital, Kipchoge Avenue, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon proof of ownership, payment of storage charges, and any other, balance/expenses and cost of publication, failure to comply with this notice to collect the said motor vehicle shall result in the vehicle being sold by public auction or private treaty without any further reference.
