Rotich (Mrs.); Under section 4 (1) (e) (ii)— Getrude Anyango Opiyo (Mrs.); Under section 4 (1) (e) (iii)— Trutea Misanya Munyendo (Mrs.); Under section 4 (1) (e) (iv)— Fredrick Osundwa Nyarotho; Under section 4 (1) (e) (v)— Luke S. K’Odambo; Under section 4 (1) (e) (vi)— Thaddeus M.
