WHEREAS (1) Khatijabai Shamshudden Aboo, (2) Fatmabai Mohamed Hussein and (3) Alladina Haji Ramzan, all of P.O. Box 80882, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in freehold interest of that piece of land known as Mombasa/Block XLIV/108, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title containing 0.028 acre or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
