WHEREAS Mwangi P. M. Chege, of P.O. Box 75907–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.4803 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 112/194, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white cards have been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white and green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
